We point out that we collect, store, process and use the personal data we collect from suppliers, customers, other business partners and interested parties, in particular name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, contact data of contact persons, customer number as well as order and delivery data for the purpose of initiating, establishing and processing contractual and delivery relationships, including delivery, payment and any warranty or product liability.
The personal data collected from you is required for the conclusion and processing of a contract. You are not obliged to provide this data. However, we cannot conclude a contract with you without this data.
In this respect, your data will be processed on the basis of Article 6, paragraph 1, b of the Basic Data Protection Ordinance (DSGVO).
Furthermore, we collect, store, process and use this data for the purpose of maintaining customer or business relationships, marketing and advertising for our own products and services. In this respect, your data will be processed on the basis of Article 6 para. 1, f DSGVO. Our legitimate interest in the processing of your data arises from our efforts to make our own products and services known and sell them.
Furthermore, we process data which we receive under the legal requirements of business information agencies (e.g. Schufa) for the purpose of credit assessments of our suppliers, customers and other business partners. In this respect, your data will be processed on the basis of Article 6 paragraph 1, f DaSGVO. Our legitimate interest in the processing of this data arises from our interest in receiving the contractually owed consideration (for example the remuneration) for our services.
3. transmission of personal data:
Personal data will not be passed on to third parties, with the exception of
- Transfers to third parties who are employed by us to fulfil contractual and delivery relationships, for example to the payment processing banks/payment service providers, as well as the delivery processing transport companies/shipping companies.
- Transfers to third parties that we use for marketing and advertising our own products and services, for example to marketing service providers and printers.
- Transmission to specialized service providers who provide services for us under our instructions and responsibility within the framework of the Zwicke services offered above (contract data processors), for example IT service providers;
- Transmission to third parties to whom we are legally obliged, for example to the tax office or other state authorities;
- Transmission to third parties for the fulfilment of our commercial and tax obligations, for example to our tax consultant.
Data will only be transferred to a third country outside the European Union, which is not a party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, if this data transfer is necessary for the fulfilment of a contract between you and us (for example, delivery to a third country).
Users can also send us their electronic application via the e-mail address provided on our website. If a user takes advantage of this possibility, the user’s personal data transmitted by e-mail will be stored.
This personal application data is collected and processed exclusively for the purpose of filling vacancies within our company. Your data will only be forwarded to the internal departments and departments of our company responsible for the specific application procedure.
Your application data will not be used or passed on to third parties beyond this.
The legal basis for the processing of data is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO and Art. 4 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO.
Your personal application data is collected and processed exclusively for the purpose of filling positions within our company.
Your personal application data will generally be deleted no later than six months after completion of the application procedure. This does not apply if legal provisions prevent deletion, if further storage is necessary for the purpose of providing evidence or if you have expressly agreed to longer storage.
The user has the possibility to revoke his consent to the processing of personal data at any time. In such a case, the user can no longer participate in the application process.

The personal data which you make available to us in the context of a contact inquiry via our contact form are used exclusively for the answer of your inquiry and/or establishment of contact and the associated technical administration. A passing on to third parties does not take place. You have the right to revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. In this case your personal data will be deleted immediately. Your personal data will also be deleted without your revocation if we have processed your request or if you revoke your consent to its storage. This also happens if the storage is inadmissible for other legal reasons. You can inform yourself at any time about the data stored about your person.

Your data will be processed for the duration of the initiation and processing of a contractual or delivery relationship and for the duration of the continued existence of obligations arising from a contractual or delivery relationship, for example any warranty or product liability obligations, as well as for the duration of legal retention periods under commercial law or tax law.
With regard to the processing of your data for the duration of retention periods under commercial or tax law, the processing is carried out on the basis of Article 6 Para. 1, c DSGVO.
5. your rights:
a) If we process personal data for advertising purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of your personal data for advertising purposes. If you object to the processing for advertising purposes, your personal data will no longer be processed for these purposes.
b) In accordance with Article 15 DSGVO, you have a right of information to us as to whether we process personal data relating to you and, if applicable, a right of information about this personal data and, in particular, the following information about this data:
the processing purposes;
the categories of this data;
the recipients or categories of recipients to whom these data have been or are still being disclosed;
the planned duration of the storage of these data or, if this is not possible, the criteria for determining that duration.
c) You also have a right vis-à-vis us under the conditions of Article 16 DSGVO to correct incorrect or incomplete personal data concerning you and under the conditions of Article 17 of the Basic Data Protection Regulation a right to delete and under the conditions of Article 18 DSGVO a right to restrict the processing of personal data concerning you.
d) You have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you, which we carry out on the basis of Article 6 para. 1, e or f DSGVO, pursuant to Article 21 para. 1 DSGVO, for reasons arising from your particular situation; this also applies to profiling based on this provision.
e) You also have the right to object to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of direct marketing at any time in accordance with Article 21 para. 2 DSGVO; this also applies to profiling insofar as it is connected with such direct marketing.
f) You have the right to transfer data to us under the conditions of Article 20 DSGVO.
g) If the processing of personal data concerning you is based on your consent, you have the right to revoke your consent at any time. The legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation is not affected by this.
h) If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights are otherwise violated, you have a right of appeal to a supervisory authority, in particular to the supervisory authority responsible for us. The supervisory authority responsible for us is the State Commissioner for Data Protection of North Rhine-Westphalia.
